    Just catching up on todays stage (had it recorded).... oh my god, what an attack from Ricco, was a joy to watch. That man's a freaking legend

    a) the cadence and power he generated all the way to the top of d'Aspin
    and
    b) how he practically kept his advantage for the ast 25 km's

    Love him or loath him - cycling needs a character like him!!
