Question about Referees

    Quick question...

Im planning to move jobs over the next month or so and i'm currently still in my first job since graduating from college in '05. My 2nd reference would have to be my college project supervisor (my first being the current job) whom i've not been in contact with.

Given the timeframe (nearly 3 years), would that referee still be considered relevant to a potential employer?

    Cheers.

If you explain to the potential employer that you've only had one job since college, so the only available referees are your college supervisor and maybe your current job, I can't see how they can argue with that.
