PS3 set to ouput HDMI, only have AV? How to change?

    Hi guys,
    I've brought my PS3 down to to mother's house for the week and is just being run on an ol "tube" tele. Just hooked it up there and i'm not getting a picture or sound. I'm assuming because I have it set up for HDMI & Optical for my HT setup at home.

    Is there any button presses or anything I can do to get it back to default or anything? Otherwise I'm stuck without it for the week :confused:

    With PS3 turned off, press and HOLD DOWN the soft-touch power button for 10 seconds until it beeps TWICE.
    Your PS3 will then auto-detect the AV settings again for use with the ole' tube TV.
