charter updates

    Just a quick thought.

    when the charter is updated could we please have the updated part highlighted or a note put on it to say what the addition is as I seem to be skipping them while briefly reading the updated versions and then not knowing the changed rules

    That's not a bad idea. I'll certainly try to honour it.

    The (prototype) charter hasn't changed all that much ... and probably won't change drastically in the future.

    The most recent post contains the current (prototype) charter.
