I don't know Playa de Pocillos, but it seems to be in Puerto del Carmen the livliest of the towns. Lanzarote tends to be fairly tame otherwise.

It's just outside Pto del Carmen on the road to Matagorda. Those apartments aren't too bad, but they're all pretty standard anyway. Not much in Los Picillos itself and I get the impression it's predominantly Germans around there, judging by the bars. 10 minute walk from there to the main strip.
