    Hi Ya

We are in the professional service industry and are having difficulty getting new clients. We have tried advertising in local papers, flyer drops and even picking out companies from the phone book and sending them letters, but the result is still the same nothing. We have got one or two phone calls from the advertising but I suspect that they are the local competitors checking out prices of the competition.

We have afew clients who seem more than happy with what we provide them and we do our utmost to make sure they are more than happy with our services. Sometimes we don’t even charge them for some extra's we do just to make sure they are happy.

We have checked the prices we charge and we are not expensive for what the client gets.

How are other small business finding clients? What are we doing wrong?

Sorry if this appears like a rant just feeling frustrated

    cheers for any replys
