...my computer is completely sluggish and I've decided to bite the bullet and wipe the OS. Am currently in the process of backing up my files but I have a small problem when it comes to MS Office. I lost the disks to install the yoke but obviously don't want to lose the application. Is there anyway of backing up the files so I can install it when I've wiped the hard drive? Cheers.

You need to create a disk image with something like Symantic Ghost (expensive). Lots of Open Source disk cloning software around e.g. Clonezilla or Partimageas well as freeware like DriveImage XML. Only problem here is that you probably will get an EXACT replica of your old drive (i.e. sluggish bits!).
