Firstly let me say how delighted i am that you are considering the well being of your partner to get your self checked out! Well done! i hope your girlfriend is doing the same.

I would recommend ringing your doctors office and asking if they carry out the screening - some practices have nurses that come once a week or month to screen men and women> If they dont offer this then they will give you advice on where to go in your locality.

Best of luck and congrats for the efforts taken to be careful ! i wish there were alot more men like you out there:)

There is a sticky at the top of the forum containing details on getting STI tests in Ireland.

As I see it you potentially have 3 options:
    - attend a public clinic
    - visit a specialist doctor
    - ask your GP if they can do it
