I'm looking for a house or apartment for three second year law students for Septmeber 08 to May 09.

Minimum of 3 bedrooms for between €1200-€1400 per month.

Pretty much any area near Griffith College in Dublin.

I know, the problem isn't really a lack of viable options, there's loads of places on sites like Daft, the problem is getting somewhere for when we need it.

i think i may have sounded rude with my earlier post and wanted to say sorry, i think i was just a bit grumpy as id just spent hours trying to find somewhere similar for myself lol

hunting for accommodation is a nasty thing !!

Don't worry about it, I find that if you have a few people to rent with it's easier. Landlords look more favourably on people that want to rent an entire property than just a room. Mwans you're more likely to sick around for the duration of the lease.

does that come with central heating and air con? what are the dimensions of the apartment (including height) and how many of the rooms are en suite?

I've never come across an Irish residence with (proper) air conditioning.
