the only reason i thought this needed to be said was they went to the hassel of making a little sign to tell everyone that they are saving 1 cent on there precious ham.

They arent trying to show the 1 cent saving.They are trying to show the consumer that items prices are being reviewed and dropped.They have those signs on a number of different items each week.Over a few weeks those 1cent saving can certainly make a difference
