Theatres Boycotting Postal!

“Theatrical distributors are boycotting Postal because of its political content."

Yeah, I'm sure that's why. It has nothing to do with the fact that it's another godawful movie that the chap has excreted. Sure.
I love the game, but the movie is just horrible. It's not entertaining in any way, and despite Mr Boll's whining, it sure as hell isn't deep - it has no redeeming qualities. Not even on some absurd kitsch-appreciating level. He ruined a beautiful thing.

We should send them a thank you letter for saving us from this crap.

Hell even DVD sellers seem to be boycotting the DVD. It was supposed to be released last month and then just disappeared, which is a shame as I genuinelly want to see it.

Has a Uwe Boll movie ever been in a cinema?

They've all been in cinemas in America and Germany though I think the only one of his films to get a proper cinema release over here was House of the Dead.

Alone in the Dark received a Cinema release, remembering seeing it.

I was actually looking forward to Postal immensely, in fairness the teaser trailer was fantastic and it did look like a film that might hold potential to be passed off as 'just about ok', a fantastic victory for any Boll film.

Does anyone really remember seeing Alone in the Dark? Actually I know the exact date I saw it,I had spent the day getting the bus to Dublin then after spending like an hour up there having to get the bus back. To think that on the entire trip home I was looking forward to watching Alone in the Dark as it would have finished downloading by then. How anyone could cast Tara Reid as a scientist is out of this world, I doubt the woman can tie her own shoe laces.

Ha, you're spot on about Tara!

Alone In The Dark was soooo bad! I remember that sex scene with that crappy "7 seconds" tune playing over it! I nearly died laughing!

Was still looking forward to seeing Postal though by any means necessary (except hard earned cash of course!)

I've heard that this is coming out on Blu Ray, which is bizzare.
