Male and Female Models

Hi guys,

I am looking for some one to model for me, just some close ups and maybe some action shots. I am also looking for some one who would be willing to go into say fancy dress for the pictures as well. I wish I could pay money but I can't but I can pay in pictures which I will be happy enough to print out for the model

I am looking for two models, one male and one female as I said for close ups as well as some action shots and I am looking to get some "couple" shots as well.

The reason for this is that I am trying to get my portfolio set up online and a physical one as well.

I recommend that you check out folio32.com - the whole purpose of that site is to hook photographers and models up.

Interesting gallery. The skate shots are nice.

I assume you are Dublin based on some of the photos?

I have done a small bit of modeling, my flat mate a bit more so that would be your male/female combo.

Let me check with her and see if she would be up for it. We've done a few shoots together model wise so are used to working with each other as well.

Edit : Alternately Model Mayhem is a good place to find models.

Thanks guys, this is good information and I will look up the sites that you all mentioned. As for the couple shots, the type of action shots I am looking for with the couples are running and stuff like that, messing around, action shots basically. I am looking to get a alternative edge to my portfolio so I am looking for people that would be willing to maybe do some gothic style photos as well.

Dragan - I would be interested in that if your flatmate is up for it as well, that would be great. Let me know if she would.

I wouldn't worry about it - It took me a long while to get too

Best thing to do is see what Dragan can do for you, and keep a check on those sites.

Ask yer mates too! It might take a few shoots for them to get used to the camera, but it'll be worth it.

Well I have a cousin who is on my portfolio already but I want to get some fresh new faces, I want to try different styles from Gothic to new Romantics, to Emo basically real life! lol And she is a pin up of sorts, lol

Im a member of a few sites out there,folio32.com, jurgita.com etc... but in peoples opinion what is the one they find the best?

I don't like folio32 for personal reasons, and from what I know of Jurgita, it's a paedo's dream. Then again, any model/networking site that advertises flirting for its members on the front page is in serious trouble.

I know what you mean about jurgita,its really bad isnt it!
Folio doesnt seem to bad but i did just join yesterday!
Shame I dont have the halls of NCAD anymore like some do to find my models,no better place really
