Question about The Shield (SEASON 6 SPOILER)

Yo - in Episode 604, at the end, when Vic trashes the hospital because that black dude died - I'm just wondering why Vic was so concerned about this gang dude, and why he tried so hard to keep him alive, and then totally flipped when the guy died!

I didn't really catch WHY this guy was so important!

Please use spoiler tags, or at least warn in the title.

Fixed - sorry. I only started watching The Sheild 2 months ago - had no idea what has & hasn't aired here yet! I assumed it was an old Series!

Ah, okay - so it was just the straw that broke the camel's back, and his rage was all about Lem. Makes sense now - he just finally flipped!
Finally, Vic and the team find one of the remaining revolutionaries, survivng from a gunshot to the stomach. The team pulls him out of his hiding spot and rushes him to the ER. Upon arrival, the victim bleeds out and dies as Vic calls for attention for his victim. This scene has the most extraordinary fit of rage EVER portrayed by Michael Chiklis. Here, its almost as if he had a revelation about Lem's death, his future, and his lack of control. The team watches on as Vic destroys the waiting room, and Captain Wyms satnds silence, fully aware that this beasts time is almost up.

    Not to worry.

People here watch their shows in loads of different ways - Irish or UK Channels, US channels, DVDs, I'm sure there is even one or two bold characters who download it from the internet. So if you are going to talk about any particular events, in any season, it's best to put the spoiler alert with the season/epiode number in the title of the thread.

I just read about black lad getting killed, you have me wondering who it was now ;-).

You should really remove that quote, a lot of people won't have seen these episodes yet.

Is "(SEASON 6 SPOILER)" in block capitals in the topic title not obvious enough for some people?

It doesn't matter. It's generally polite to use the spoiler tags because quite often it will ruin parts of a show for people who haven't seen it yet. I mean, you wouldn't want me to tell you how season 6 ends yet would you? :)

I don't understand - why would somone who hasn't seen Season 6, click into a topic that clearly yells: "SEASON 6 SPOILERS".

Surely only someone really dumb would do this? Should common sense not override stupidity?

Is it your first day on the Internet? No such thing as common sense here.

But seriously, think about people who are in the middle of watching S6. Like me - I just watched the 1st episode on Monday, so seeing the thread created on the next day, I assumed it will be about this episode.

And it's not like it's so much bother to use spoilers either, just highlight the text you want to hide and click a spoiler button.

Not my fault. Anyway - title edited, and spoiler tags added, to cater to the lowest common denominator.

Would you like me to write "Do Not Drink This Bleach" on your bleach bottle too - just in case?

No one said it was your fault.

No thanks, I've learnt from my mistake.

Then why does other people's stupidity have to be my problem?

Its not your problem at all, we're just asking that you have the decency to not spoil the show for people who have not seen those episodes yet.

Maybe because if you're coming to a new place, it's nice to follow the guidelines everyone else follows there? When in Rome - ever heard of that?

Also, it's quite rich, you calling other people stupid, when you don't seem to be able to do a simple title edit and to add spoiler tags to your post.

Interesting you'd call me stupid for not putting a spoiler in the title.....YET MISS THE CLEAR "(SEASON 6 SPOILER)" WRITTEN IN THE TITLE!!! lol

It was added within 5 mins of making the topic, after the first guy replied, hence no harm done. I was going to edit it again to say "SEASON 6, EP4 SPOILER" but didn't bother....

And who was the first guy who replied?

    Hermes Franca.

    Ok then.

Anyway, you are a fairly new visitor to the well established forum. There are rules in place here, to make sure that we can have an interesting discussion without spoiling anyone's fun. Being new, you didn't know them, which is fair enough, so we pointed them out to you, explaining reason behind them, and being nice about it.

In return, you give us smart replies back, stopping very short from calling us (me at least) stupid. Very childish imo.

But suit yourself, let's see how long you will last here.

And that will be all from me.

Actually, I hadn't noticed the title change as I just refreshed the thread. I thought it would be an idea to remove the quote so as people can choose to click the link if they've seen it, given this is about an episode that has yet to air here and people will currently be watching season 6. It's just common courtesy.
