Does anyone know what the Cois Eala complex in Rathmines is like?

    Thinking of renting there!

    Thanks in advance....

I've heard of some very sinister goings-on there...

When you look around, see if any of the patio slabs have been moved recently, or newly turned mounts of earth out the back. Dead chickens are a definate giveaway.

Its a nice block but it is quite close to the canal so you do hear traffic a bit if you are in one of the front facing apartments. The back common area is nice and the underground car park is a plus.
