When do you guys think is the best time to incorporate rotator cuff specific training, and why ?

I was thinking maybe after benching when the shoulders are warmed up, but using them to replace all other shoulder exercises for a while.

I would say cut out the bench press for 4 weeks and incorporate rotator cuff exercises in their place. You'll be amazed the difference. My 1RM improved by 50%

If I remember correctly that Eric Creesy article recommended keeping the rotator cuff training totally separate from any pressing movements and ideally a day between both for recovery.

    e.g.
    mon: bench/press
    wed: rotator cuff
    fri: squat or deadlift

Can someone remind me what the four rotator cuff exercises were?

    1) cuban press
    2) lying 45 degree lateral raise
    3) cable pulley
    4) face pulls? (think he mentioned something else instead of this)
