Got my mortgage 2 yrs ago this October. I got it just before a lot of the interest rate hikes. Just wondering when i should look at getting a deal for fixing it for a further term and what is the best way to do this. Should i stay with the same bank(PermTSB) or switch banks. What interest rates should i be looking for. I know this information is probably out there somewhere but it all seems to be bias and i am lookin for some independent advice/expertise

    Thanks in advance
