Hey, I've to go to Stillorgan shopping centre for training 10 o'clock on Thursday morning. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me the best way using public transport ( which bus, how close it drops you off etc.) cause I don't think i have ever even been in Stillorgan!

    Thanks for any help!

I assume you can get to the city centre.

You can get a 46A or 10A from O'Connell Street to Stillorgan. 10A will drop you across the road, 46A will drop you around the corner.

Tell the driver you want to get to Stillorgan SC and can he tell you when to get off.

A one day bus ticket would be useful for about €5-6, especially if you buy a book of 5 for about €19.

46A actually drops you opposite the Shopping Centre, and is the best option.

The 145 leaves you on the main N11.

KC61 is correct. It is only the with-flow peak buses that use the dual carriageway instead of the village.

Don't use the Luas, because the stop called 'Stillorgan' is nowhere near Stillorgan.
