I got a vodafone v810 a week or two ago and already three of the keys have cracks in them.I am fairly careful with my possessions and haven't done anything to them except text/type.The battery also needs charging everyday(that may be my fault but i wouldn't tell vodafone that)anyways the point is will this just happen to all phones with this type of keypad or should i complain?I reckon i'm entitled to a replacement, but if its just going to happen again should i bother?Thoughts please.

Keys shouldn't crack from normal usage over 2 weeks. Although i suspect there is more to it that you're not telling given you say you broke the battery too.

Bring it back in to vodafone. Explain what did or didn't happen. See what they say. Then come back to us.

I didn't 'break' the battery, but i might not have charged it right in the beginning.Thats not a big deal anyways, its the keys that are bothering me.Theres nothing else to it tbh i can't see the keys getting damaged in my pocket since the screen slides down over them when not in use.I still have the receipt so will bring it back tomorrow and see what happens.
