I am currently running on Sat and Sun morning in the Phoenix Park training for the race series. I would like to join a group or meet someone else to run with. I start between 0900 and 0930 and would welcome company for the longer runs which I will start after the 5 mile race.

Leave a message if you are interested

    Thanks

    Tim

ps pace about 5mins per km. Can adjust to meet the pace!

A group of us meet at 9:00 every Sunday morning at the Cricket Club opposite the Zoo. We always run offroad and distances and pace varies but it's a long run of between 12-18 miles.
    Best of luck on Sat.

I'm usually in the park on a Sat morning about 9, 9:30 for a 8-9 mile run, wont be down next week. Might be a little slow for you . about 5:30 / 6 min per k

    hi

thanks for the reply. no that pace sounds fine. i intend running up to 10 miles over the next few weekends starting on the 19/20 July. Its easier to run at talking pace then on your own.

I normally park at the small roundabout just inside the castleknock gate. It should be easier to run in groups as i usually see at least 20-30 others out and most of them in the race series t shirts.
