    Hi lads,

Anyone know where to get parts for a Suzuki TS-R 125? Petrol tank is leaking and I'm finding it very hard to track down a replacement.

How bad is the leak? Is it just a pinhole leak?

It's quite big, too big to weld. I tried it but it didn't work. the rest of the tank wasn't strong enough to hold it.

You can get epoxy resin called Petseal that will seal the inside of the tank, some factors and bike shops sell it. If you get it make sure it's within its shelf life other wise its useless. I used it a good few times but had one very nasty bad experience when it never set and destroyed a tank on a vintage bilke. Use it at your own risk  http://www.bikersdiscountstore.co.uk/bikerstore/search.php

I was going to suggest the same stuff as i used it on my sv650, but if the hole is too big to weld, then it's definatly too big for Petseal!
