I bought Paul Weller tickets for a friend on the ticketmaster website and he has to collect them at the venue on the night of the concert.... Hallo,

Does anyone know what's the deal with collecting tickets at the box office at the Marquee?

I bought Paul Weller tickets for a friend on the ticketmaster website and he has to collect them at the venue on the night of the concert.... I've given him a printout of the confirmation.... someone said he would need ID to pick them up... is this true? His ID won't match the name on the booking (ie mine)...will this be a problem?

Just wondering if anyone else has collected tickets there and if there is any hassle...
