Dont they cost like over a grand?
My gf hinted at one of these for Christmas last year so i checked it out in BT... It was about €1200 for a bag the size of a household radio!

Needless to say, she didn't get it! :pac:

Ye wimmins are mad, mad i tells ya!

also, your girlfriend has great taste. heres a hint from a crazy bag lady if you will, the sales in paris in late june make it worth your while.
you will pay for the bag, the flights and the accomodation for less than you would to buy the bag alone here!!!!!
    Galleries Lafayette FTW!:)

oh believe me its not the only thing that makes me happy. at least its not leaving smarmy comments!
if you dont appreciate my purchase(please note i asked for an opinion on the bag, and not my personal happiness), then maybe a fashion thread isnt for you.

I still love the paddington, but yours is lovely too. What colour did you get it in?

its the large black patent one with a kinda military green muted through it. its epic.
    very unusual.

It's ok. I wouldn't buy it myself though. I like the big zip tags on it, they are pretty cool.

This is my fav bag at the moment http://s3.amazonaws.com/coolspotters2_development/photos/2456/jessica_alba.jpg - here it is on Jessica Alba - I got it in May and I loooooove it. It's huuge and fabulous :D

    It's a nice bag - I just don't know if it's a great bag.

BTW, I'm quite a bag fan myself. But if you're spending that much money on a bag, then it's got to be spectacular.

    Nothing wrong with that!

    I'd love a Chloe bag. I have a Gucci.

I love bags myself. I go to the bag section before the clothes section in shops! But I just couldn't justify spending over a grand on a bag! That's a holiday! Must be on a great wage you lot! :)

Edit: It is a really nice bag though!

^ I'm the same. There was a conversation about designer bags at work today and I just sat there. I couldn't ever justify spending anywhere near a grand on a bag. It's just a bag! I felt so guilty when I spent 100 euro on one from River Island!

thats a very cute one, but you have to ask yourself, is it timeless????!!!
for the money us bag ladies spend, itd want to last a good few seasons.
best way to tell colour wise is if you look and the pre collections of designers and get a feel for whats coming next!
