Going to Manchester for 4 days..... suggestions?

    Hey folks,

    I'm heading to Manchester with 2 mates on the 29th July. Going for 4 nights I think... Have tickets to a United match, so will probably spend a day around Old Trafford, checking everything out. But other than that we're kinda low on ideas :o

    Will probably go to Liverpool for a night too.

    Any other ideas?

    spend at least a night in blackpool, pleasure beach is great fun loads of coasters and an amazing indoor water ride, the town has great beach and a fine nightlife, the biggest club in england is in blackpool and the area close to the north pier has a mindboggling amount of pubs and clubs to choose from.

    You could go do some shopping in the trafford or arndale centres .If time allows pop down to Liverpool for a few hrs .
