Father died intestate-Issue about relinquishing my claim to family home

My father died recently and hadn't made a will so the family home automatically is left to all 4 children.
For various complicated family reasons it's been agreed that 3 of the siblings, including me, will sign a legal document relinquishing their claim to the house so that it can be inherited solely by my sister.
I'm happy to sign the document which has already been drawn up and sent out by a solicitor.
However I would like another document (or a change to this document) to the effect that the house can't be sold in my lifetime as I live abroad and use it as a holiday home a number of times each year.
My sister says she has no intention of ever selling the house and has no problem with me continuing to visit as before but I'd rather have the situation documented legally should situations change!

Is it possible to get such a legally binding document drawn up?

I just wanted to check before I go and speak to the solicitor who drew up the other document.

No legal advice may be sought here.

You need to speak to the solicitor about this I'm afraid.
