What's this about? What is this Jim Walsh supposed to have said? You've given no context.

Also, why post across all the SE forums? (KK, CW, WX, etc.)

Looks more like a discussion that should be moved to Politics, or Lesbian/Gay/Bi, judging by the apparent subject matter.
