Right, I'm going on holidays in two weeks and I want to lose half a stone (a little more if possible) before then. Is it possible?
I'm extremely active. I train 4 times a week (football) and eat fairly well. I know it's the weekends that kill me. I eat well during the week but probably not at weekends. I'm not really overweight, I just feel like I've plateaud and would like to be a few pounds lighter.

    Can someone help?

What I eat at the mo is:
Morning: 1 apple and one bowl of fruit and fibre with low fat milk
Lunch: Tuna wrap and a selection of fruit salad
    3 o'clock snack: Apple
Dinner: Varies but normally it'll be veg, wholegrain rice and some meat (chicken kievs, grilled chicken breasts, beef) etc etc

For the last two weeks I've weighed myself every weekday morning to try and motivate myself. I don't seem to be getting anywhere!

What weight training do you do?

Give up the drink at the weekends for 4 weeks if thats what's ruining your progress

    I don't do weight training.

And I don't really drink at the weekends either. I'll have one or two on a Friday night but normally train at 9am Sunday morning so don't do anything Saturday night.

For some reason I've always found that during the winter when I'm in the gym I'm at my ideal weight. But when I go back to football training I tend to put on weight. I don't know why because they're hard training sessions. I find it hard to go to the gym when I've football a few times a week.

    Btw i'm a girl.
