087 ringing an 086

It rings for a second or so, then goes straight to voicemail?

What type of sernario does this occur?

i.e. out of the country, mobile off, out of range etc

don't think it's that because it rings for the exact ammount of time each time. only a second

Is it a normal ringtone of a different one???

Normally if its different its that its abroad and not ringing but connecting or something like that.

Thats what I thought at first, but usually when you ring a phone that's abroad it gives you a beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep --- --- --- beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep as a ring tone.

This rings normally for a split second then goes voicemail
