They're a bit highstreet-by-numbers alright but I guess they're better than what the women wore before.

Agreed, I don't like that stylist lady. I don't like that show either, it really bothers me that they put these people through cosmetic surgery when they should be just teaching them how to dress for their age, put make up on properly, how to get more exercise and how to eat well :mad:

However, I only watched one full show though and can't be certain they do cosmetic surgery in every episode. The woman was just frumpy and didn't need the ridiculous surgery they gave her. I hope they don't do the same in each episode, I just couldn't watch them do that to another person.

That presenter is a witch. She has no way with people and is quite bitchy regarding what they looked like before.

The clothes are obviously going to look better when the make up and hair is all done and the teeth are done also.

The surgery does tend to be over the top, not over-the-top mad procedures but just not necessary.

I have watched it a couple of times and I just think that most of the clothes the stylish chooses are awful, like not appropriate, or too much, or just plain wrong.

I dont get it either. Its apparantly the stylists 'thing' to always wear glasses and she has loads of different styles ( V strange!). They tend to do unneccesary surgery (is it because it takes to long to get them to excercise and see the results?), and dress them in typical high street trends rather than looking at what suits them and their lifestyle.
I think the fact that they do surgery rather than changing their dietary and excercise habits will surely mean the results wont last that long.

I think the whole idea of the show is daft. When it first came out I thought it was going to be about little changes that everyone could make to their diet/makeup/clothes to look younger. But no, in every episode, they just give the person tonnes of surgical procedures and new teeth! I mean, surely we all could look ten years younger if we had surgery! The fact is that most people don't want/can't afford surgery, so the show just seems pointless.

The worst bit is when the people guess the ages at the end, i'm sorry, but are they blind? There will be a woman that looks in her mid 40's and people will guess she is 25! I mean, give me a break, it is so staged.

Ew I turned it on for two seconds, some woman was just after getting a chemical peel I think and was cutting the skin off her face, gross, terrible show!

shes so mean to the women who go on the show! I much prefer Gok Wans show he really makes women feel better about themselves and dosent insult them!
