Stick em in a basin filled with warm water and nice smelling soap. Did this for a patient the other day, she loved it :)

I'd go with the basin of water also.

You could try some epsom salts in it too or 2-3 drops of Chamomile essential oil in the water.

You can't beat a good foot massage though!!

Body Shop Peppermint foot cream is my favourite, or any body butter rubbed in well.

foot massage all the way. i'm on my feet all 10-12 hours a day in my job and the single most important thing is good shoes.

^Aye so true. I was on my feet the whole time one day for fourteen and a half hours in bad shoes. I was crying on the way home the pain was so bad.

I have the best pair of shoes now. Cost seventy euro and I look a bit geeky in them but I don't care they're so comfortable and very well made :)

Here's a (very rough) piccie of them if anyone's interested:

Bought them in China Blue in Temple Bar.

    They're girls shoes btw :D

at least 2 pairs of good comfortable leather shoes - prefereably with soft rubber soles.
Alternate them! Give each pair a day off, every other day.

When sitting down in the evenings, put your feet up.

Go barefoot at home....obviously having washed the feet

Get someone to massage them if possible.

    Worked for me!

my flatmate is obsessed with her feet - she does them every second night - soaks them in some kind of bath salt (she recently discovered that the Lidl one for 1.50 is the exact same as the 6 quid one from Boots) - she rubs them with a lemongrass foot oil from the Body shop and wraps them in clingfilm for an hour - then she cleans them off and moisturises them and keeps them in socks for the rest of the night so the moisturiser can soak in..........

soak in basin of hot water, milk and salt then dry and moisture with any hand or body lotion and leave in soaks overnight

Stick em in a basin filled with warm water for 20 minutes .

Dry, then apply sodium bicarbonate and leave on for 15 minutes .

Wash off, then apply Tea tree oil over and between toes .

Apparently this remedy helps get rid of infections such as athletes feet
