humid room - help please!!

hi all sorry..wasnt sure where to post this...i've just moved into a new flat but the bedroom is really humid....like in the night it gets really warm and uncomfortable...and my clothes seem slightly damp also??!! there is only a small window in the room(basement flat).... there isnt any damp on the walls or anything....…

hi all

but really really need help as im finding it hard to get to sleep at night and i know it couldnt be good to sleep in such a humid room....
