    Can a Motorola razr 3v be unlocked with imei number.

    depends on the network and if you have completed your contract, they (o2, voda etc.) have to unlock it. also if you search the web they will explain how to do it.

    Thank you for your quick reply, having tried the sights on the net with not much luck as I paid for the service but never received it.
    Vodafore network do you think they could help as I am used to using o2. Love the Motorola phone. Yes I will try the sights again hope there is some good results this time, Thank you.

    just ring your provider and ask for it. if you own the phone outright they legaly have to give it to you. chack the comreg website.
