possibly thee most cringworthy piece of tv ive ever seen
john giles singing is just plain wrong , i dont mind dunphy (he can sing a bit anyhow) as were used to him making an ass of himself but john giles is meant to be dour , serious and a rock of sense , the dependable type
not only is he a woefull singer but he was starring at eamon as if he was his lover while singing

Wow, Eamon Dunphy can actually sing! Who knew? John Giles wasn't too bad either.
I'd watch any show that featured Dunphy, Giles, Brady and O'Herlihy - the 4 of them work really well together. RTE's football coverage is always more entertaining than other channels.

What about Giles giving Miriam the glad eye?! Quality tv. The lads didn't need any interviewer they were great. I thought Dunphy looked p!ssed as well. Brilliant.

Thought it was great telly myself. The lads were on form.

Had to laugh when I saw Giles drinking a coke and then I remembered how Dunphy always says Giles' favourite tipple is Bacardi and coke. Must have needed some lubrication before singing.:D

I was sort of half watching a little of this on saturday night- can anyone tell me what happened with the quiz result? When i focused on it for a sec it seemed like it was a repeat of Gaybo's famous moment from years ago when the prize winner's daughter had just died? Know its a bit sick to dwell and all- but i was very curious!
