    just wondering if anybody has ever taken this supplement.

    Its supposed too devlop muscle and I have heard its supposed too be quite good

    Anybody ever take or does take it? what are pros and cons if any of each?

    Nah, I much prefer wasting my money on things that I'll actually get some benefit and enjoyment out of.

    There was a thread here about it a while back, do a search.
