I bought a gorgeous loaf of bread at a farmers' market last week and want to try making it myself. I make basic yeast bread with herbs etc but I've never
made a sweet one except for fruit soda.
This loaf had poppy seeds, apple, sultanas and some cinnamon in it and I was wondering if anyone has a recipe or could give me advice on what quantities of each to use. Or is it a case of trial and error?
    Thanks :)
