    It's the way Help Desk works, only Admins and Smods and the original poster themselves can reply to a thread here.

    Ok, thanks, I was having that issue myself and I was wondering when it may be likely to be fixed, I've changed browser temporarily because of it :(

    Any idea?

    Unfortunately not, the menu system we use is proprietary (we haven't made it ourselves) and the problem only affects this specific version of this specific browser, which means it is likely a very obscure bug in software I have very little experience with.

    I imagine it is something the menu's development team are working on though.
