cookig sausages

    right i put the sausages in the microwave on defrozest for 10 min. they came out slightly brown and crispy. im in a pickle now as to wheather its stilll edable and if i can put it on the frying pan.


    I NEED ANSWER ASAP

    The risk of botulism increase 27 fold with over-defrosting of pork products.

    I'd be careful even handling them if you have any cuts or scrapes.
