    I sent an item, a valuable one, something that had a lot of meaning for the family, to London via DHL...........

    spent an entire evening packing the damn thing, enlisted some friends for advice, took out insurance, covered it in fragile stickers, asked the DHL man if he thought itd be ok.........and it still f****** broke!!

    Im really upset........how hard is it to claim insurance from DHL...is it a long process, anybody any experience with it?

    Moved -> More a consumer issue I think.

    Have you contacted DHL about the breakage? No idea how you go about claiming or how difficult they make it.
