Hi all, Just wondering if anyone here trains at the Chinese Shao-Lin Centre in Ballyphehane Community Centre, Cork? Here's there website: http://shaolin.ie/ If anyone has any experience of training there I'd be grateful for some feedback on the training. Regards, Daithí.
