    Newb question, have my bike in outdoor carpark in work, should I get a cover for it at lunch time?

    I would, personally, covers are cheap, and it will reduce the amount of maintenance you have to do.

    I'd find somewhere sheltered to park it if possible. Otherwise a cover is better than nothing. If your bike gets a real soaking make sure to oil your chain that evening - they rust very quickly.

    Wipe it down with a rag/towel and spray a bit of WD40 for its Water Dispersing qualities
