    hey

    firstly i apologise for not knowing a thing about this......


    a guy came round to install sky + multiroom in two of the rooms in our house. i was out and my mother dealt with him.

    im a bit concerned because he has charged her 200 for two wireless phone things to stop cables going through the house. his first price was 260 and he brought it down after much haggling.

    he has asked a cheque to be made out to him for this and im pretty sure he ripped her off.


    it just smells of scam . is this how things are done??

    Sounds a bit pricey, maybe check the model of the extender on the net
