No more US guitars in my house

Just realised, with the sale of the strat at the weekend, I no longer play any US made instruments. Gibson, Fender, Rickenbacker and PRS, all gone. It wasn't intentional, just over time sold what I wasn't playing and replaced them with something else which, for whatever reason, are either Japanese, German or English.

No need to hold the front page, I know, but it was a bit of a "aaaaah" moment when I became aware of it a few minutes ago :pac:

I don't have any either. Currently I've got Japanese, Mexican, and a few mixed up ones. One of the "mixed up ones" contains Chinese, Korean and American parts. The other one, American, German, and Korean parts. :D

I wonder is there anyone here who is the only person with a guitar from that country. Fey and his Polish Ran might be the one :pac:

Interesting, I never really thought about it that way, all mine are English with the exception of the BHM signature which is a Korean version of a very "English" guitar. Its a bit crazy the more I think about it.

I 've got Jap, Jap, Jap, English, Korean and probably Chinese guitars. I have an American amp in my Mesa and I'm still fcuking waiting on my English Matamp!

All my guitars are Japanese at the moment, theres nothing much coming out of the US that interests me enough to buy it. But all my amps are from the US in fairness:pac: (except the little microcube).

Actually, good point about the amps, got two US and one English.

    And a microcube :pac:

Sorry to break the trend but i got me Music Man Sterling and i couldnt be happier with it. I do think however that american made gear is certainly not up to the standard it was before but MM are still keeping there quality levels SKY HIGH.

Aye, that's the way it is really, you just gotta go with what's you and to hell with the naysayers.

I've some Japanese, One US, and a few other lower quality asian guitars. My main payer at the moment is actually a Korean Schecter (i think) but its a nice guitar.
I've played a good few US guitars that we just ok, nothing amazing at all.
