    Hi everyone,

Would anyone know of any evening fitness classes in Dublin South? I would prefer not to have to pay a gym membership so a pay as you go class maybe?

    Thanks!

We do evening fitness classes in Tallaght, don't know if it's too far west for you?

Our classes mix weights, calisthenics, athletics, and gymnastic type activities and are suitable for beginners as we can scale the load, duration and intensity.

If that's not your cup of tea a lot of martial arts clubs run "cardio" classes without sparring. Others might be able to point you in the right direction.

Core Fitness on the Walkinstown roundabout do pay as you go classes, they have spinning, pump and tone, fitball and boxercise. I think. There's also the YMCA.
