Garden Furniture in B&Q

    Hi Folks,

Spotted this in B&Q last night (I was in the Naas store, but I assume it's in all the others) - they have heavy reductions on garden furniture (I guess all the rain we've been having has some positive value :D)

I picked up the Peninsla hard wood table and two bench seats for €330 - not cheap, but we'd looked at them some time back when the total price would have been over a grand.

Had my eye on that set but it was a little on the high price side - nice price now though.

The barbq at €130 reduced from €330 is also a goo little number.

B&Q seem to pricing all their new products & offers at a stg / eur rate of 1.35 which is a lot better than their previous rate of 1.50 - 1.55.

Example is their bar b q special offer is £95 in NI & €130 in south - same rate seems to be used on all newly priced products.

Just to note that they had a list of the items with large discounts just inside the door and two from the list (can't recall what they where) where sold out in the Naas store - so you may have to try a few B&Q outlets to find the item you want in stock. (I have found them helpful over the phone before if you want to save yourself some trips - except Liffey Valley for some reason who where useless).

Went up to Tallaght today looking for garden furniture and from what I could see, all they had left was ****.
    Maybe it was just Tallaght.

atlantic are doing a fairly decent sale on garden furniture at the minute, some patio sets are half price and other stuff is reasonably reduced
