Hi all, I'm on a waiting list (2-3 months) to have this surgery done by Dr McEntee in the Mater. I know there is a specific recovery shedule that I will have to follow after the operation but is there any training I can be doing now that would help with my recovery? Any advice or tips from people who have had the same…
