Buildng up strength in an ankle after injury

    I recently did some minor damage to my ankle to the extent that walking can be a bit of a chore.

    I'm wondering is there anythig you guys can recommend for me to slowly build up the strength in it again?

    Doesn't have to be specific to my ankle but anything that will help.
