Considering giving it a go just for that extra bit of cardio. What I want to know is, how do you combat the inevitable sweat problems that this brings with it? Im a suit so obviously Id change down there in the morning. JUst curious

Cycle in a high-wicking t-shirt or cycling top and leggings. When you get there, wipe off with a couple of baby wipes (trust me, they'll clean up all the sweat and leave you sweet smelling and nice to be near) then change into your suit.

They'll even clean oil and gunk off your hands if you have to fix a puncture on the way. No cyclist should be without them.

Eileen --- You're an amazing source of information! I'd never have come up with that one.

I usually just dawdle along on my bike on the way into work and sprint for it on the way home !

Ah, you must be one of those organised people who actually start on time. I always seem to be running five minutes late, so I have to belt along on the way to make up the time.
