Best City to Buy Electronics? (In far east)

Hi, I'm going to be out in the far east in a couple of months, and I fancy an new digital camera, and possibly a N96 phone too. Where's my best bet? Not sure where I'll be based, probably Saigon but would be easy to take a weekend somewhere, and if I could save a few hundred quid on some expensive items, it'd pay for the trip.

Singapore and Hong Kong are the two places I have in mind.

Not sure about HK as Ive never been there but I thought Singapore wasn't actually that much of a bargain considering its duty free status.
Bangkok is not bad- I bought my MacBook there for just over 800 euro when the same thing here was selling for 1150. The main difference was that the 3 year Apple Care warranty was the best part of 300 in Dublin but only 60 in Thailand.
Also in Thailand if you spend over a certain amount ( I think its over 200 or so ) then you can claim back 7% sales tax at the airport on your way home. This is a nice little bonus if you buy something like a laptop but no so much so for a 200 euro camera
