Iphone - Ipod compatability

Can the accessories for a normal Ipod be used with an Iphone, specifically the docking stations, I have a dension icelink in the car and I'm hoping the Iphone will fit into it. Thanks

Depends. It uses the same connection, but a lot of accessories, when plugged in, make iPhone say that the accessory wasn't designed for the iPhone. From personal experience, I had an in car dock, and it made my iPhone battery hotter than the sun.
