Blackberry Simulator Software

    Does any one know where I can get Blackberry Simulator Software, so I can have a blackberry device on my pc, and simulate what another person might be doing to see I could fix the blackberry issue they may have.

    I was told it was on the Blackberry website, from a course that I did during the week, but I cant find it for the life of me.
