Duplicates in i-tunes

Hi. I have a few thousand songs in i-tunes but there's a s***load of them duplicated (1000+). Is there a quick way of getting rid of the duplicates or do I have to go through them one by one? Thanks.

Do View -->Show Duplicates. This should make deleting duplicates a lot easier.
